We offer the "Wine Project Practicum," one of the OUS Brand Courses, to foster talent while aiming to establish a research hub for industry-academia-government collaboration to promote regional revitalization through winemaking within the prefecture. Our research offices and laboratories are located on the Okayama Campus of Okayama University of Science, with experimental vineyards developed within Okayama City.
