微生物資源を使った地域ブランド商品開発として、君津市の特産品であるカラー（花）から酵母や乳酸菌等を探索し、分離された酵母から日本酒や化粧品への製品化にいたった事例をご紹介します。NITEバイオテクノロジーセンター（NBRC）より提供を行っている、RD株の利用手続き等についてもご説明いたします。
