Quick Alcohol Measurement Kit with Steam Distillation

This is a fully automatic alcohol analyzer based on the Steam Distillation and gravimetric method (SDK method).
It can measure alcohol concentration in a wide range of alcoholic beverages—such as sake, mirin, beer, fruit wine, sweet fruit wine, whisky, happoshu, spirits, liqueurs, yeast starters (shubo), and mash (moromi)—as well as in seasonings that do not contain solid matter.
