Sample several Lagela gelato flavors at our booth. Among them, our popular Strawberry flavor uses domestic strawberries sourced directly from a strawberry farmer in Saitama Prefecture. We use cosmetically imperfect strawberries — fruit that tastes just as good but doesn't meet market appearance standards — helping to reduce food loss. Through gelato, we give these strawberries new value, finishing them into the refined taste that defines Lagela: egg-free, low in sugar and fat, yet rich and creamy.
