MIWAKU is a signature “fruit coffee” brand presented by Hashimoto Coffee.
Using special coffee beans steeped in real strawberries to naturally absorb their essence, we bring out a vibrant strawberry aroma and flavor without relying on artificial flavorings. Coupled with our meticulously crafted packaging, we deliver a brand-new coffee experience—one that makes a thoughtful, elegant gift.

Three Key Commitments of Miwaku
1. Completely Free of Artificial Flavorings: A Rare, World-Class Fruit-Steeping Method
Unroasted green coffee beans are thoroughly steeped in real strawberry fruit, allowing the authentic fruit aroma to naturally infuse into the beans. Completely different from conventional flavored coffees, this unique process lets you enjoy a bright fragrance and a delightfully sweet-and-sour taste reminiscent of fresh strawberries.

2. Two Years of Dedicated Research into the Perfect Blend and Roast Profile
Master Roaster Sota Hashimoto spent two full years researching the optimal blend composition and roasting recipe. Through this dedication, he achieved an exquisite balance between the rich, captivating aroma of these special beans and the deep, authentic taste of fine coffee.

3. Elegant Packaging—Ideal for Gifts and Special Occasions
The gift box features a stylish design that captures the harmonious world where strawberry meets coffee. Premium in both look and feel, it is perfect as a gift for loved ones or a memorable, sophisticated present.
