About Holy Clover Honey
Pure raw honey filled with the natural richness of Kyrgyzstan — pesticide-free, additive-free, and unheated!
This honey is made from the nectar of the holy clover, a legume plant native to Kyrgyzstan. The plant blooms with beautiful pink flowers and is highly valued as forage due to its rich nutritional content, earning it the nickname “the Rolls-Royce of flowers.”
Holy Clover Honey is known for its elegant, mild sweetness with no overpowering aftertaste. It has long been cherished by European and Arab royalty and nobility. It also contains natural food enzymes.
One unique characteristic of this honey is that it naturally crystallizes into a white color over time and depending on temperature. Freshly harvested, it appears yellowish and semi-transparent, but gradually transforms into a white honey with a pleasantly crunchy, crystallized texture. Since the texture can vary depending on storage temperature, this product is specially creamed through a stirring process so that you can consistently enjoy its signature smooth yet slightly crunchy texture at any time.
Producer: Taabaldy Apiary
~ Honey Filled with the Passion and Dedication of a Veteran Beekeeper ~
Taabaldy Apiary was founded in 1991, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, by its current owner, Mr. Batyraliev Taabaldy. Affectionately known in Kyrgyz as “Taabaldy aksakal” — meaning “Grandfather Taabaldy,” a respectful and warm expression — he is a well-known figure among beekeepers throughout Kyrgyzstan.
His philosophy is simple: “Never go against nature; always treat it with respect.”
He believes that bees are part of nature, and that by caring for them with love and respect, they in turn work diligently to produce high-quality honey — a true gift from nature. Guided by this philosophy, he has spent more than 40 years working passionately alongside his bees.
In recent years, some beekeepers feed artificial sweeteners or sugar to bees during the flowerless winter season. However, Mr. Taabaldy instead feeds them milk diluted with honey so the bees can remain in their natural condition. He carefully monitors environmental changes every day to ensure that the natural cycle is not disrupted.
He is also committed to making his own beehives and even crafts the frames and harvesting tools by hand. Every step of the beekeeping process is part of his life’s work and passion, cultivated with love and dedication over many years.
In addition to supplying honey as one of our partner apiaries, Mr. Taabaldy also participates as an advisor in our product development.
“Kyrgyzstan’s White Honey – Holy Clover Honey” is truly a honey filled with his lifelong passion, dedication, and craftsmanship.

About Our Honey: “ARIENTA Kyrgyz Honey”
At ARIENTA, we have established our own strict quality standards, and we only handle honey products that meet all of the following criteria:
Pesticide-free
Antibiotic-free
No sugar syrup detected
Pollen testing conducted (to identify nectar source plants)
No heat is applied during the filling process.
Our honey is harvested from apiaries located at altitudes above 2,000 meters. Because the surrounding land is unsuitable for agriculture, pesticides are not used during the cultivation period, allowing the bees to thrive in a natural, untouched environment.
Different regions of Kyrgyzstan produce honey with their own distinct characteristics and flavors.
We also work with a veterinarian specializing in apicultural science who is based locally in Kyrgyzstan. In cooperation with Mr. Taabaldy, the head of our partner apiary, Taabaldy Apiary, we carefully select and develop seasonal honey products each year while incorporating expert knowledge and professional standards.
With the cooperation of our producers, we are committed to delivering the natural blessings of Kyrgyzstan exactly as they are — pesticide-free during cultivation, antibiotic-free, and completely unheated.
Important Notes
Do not feed honey to infants under 1 year old.
This product is raw, unheated honey. A white film may appear on the surface due to natural fermentation components (food enzymes), but this does not affect quality. Please enjoy with confidence.
Small black particles may occasionally appear; these are natural pollens and do not affect quality. Propolis or small pieces of honeycomb may also be present, but they are harmless and safe to consume.
Depending on temperature changes, the honey may harden or crystallization may partially melt over time.
